Play Guitar? Get Yourself A Peavey ValveKing Amp…

August 9th, 2010 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

The ValveKing 112 combo amp from Peavey can be an ideal present for any electric guitarist. I know as my friend, Harry, was given this combo amp for his twenty-fourth birthday and the sound it generates is excellent. Reported by another of my friends, who is a rhythm guitar player for a popular local rock band in California, the ValveKing is better than any other combo amp he has played.

The ValveKing combo comes with one 12-inch speaker created especially for Peavey, weighs about 44-pounds, boasts three ECC83/12Ax7 and two 6L6 power amp tubes, two channels, an optional footswitch to efficiently switch between channels, a boost function on the lead channel, and features and a 50 watt RMS output.

My friend has gone through six combos in the previous 3 years, neither of of them were Peaveys. The Peavey company stands behind this item and has yet again proven itself recently. The fellow plays various styles of music and demands from his rig to supply him with the versatility that he utilizes during his performances.

The ValveKing combo is clearly a nice amplifier. The tone is well-rounded, defined and clear and is suitable for musicians of just about all levels who want to practice accuracy. It doesn’t end there, however, as the Peavey ValveKing 112 is also endorsed by pro musicians. It has a lot of features that are unusual at this price tag.
